14A – Halfway Reflection

1) Tenaciousness is a competency. What are the behaviors that you have used (or developed) to keep up with the requirements of this course?
This class is what I expected it to be, but I still enjoy every week of it.
I had a super busy couple of months, my business is going is extremely busy and taking 5 classes doesn’t help at all, so I felt behind a little on assignments, so I highly recommend try to submit assignments ahead of time.
It is a lot of reading and writing in this class with also a lot of customer's interactions, so you must know what questions to ask yourself and your customers for good results.
I also highly recommend taking this class if you want to learn about the concept of being an entrepreneur and finding new ideas and products but If you are trying to learn more about business or starting your own business then I will recommend a business class instead.
2) Tenaciousness is also about attitude. Talk about a moment or two when you felt like "giving up." What pulled you through? Do you feel like you've developed a tenacious attitude during the past two months? What experience or experiences most contributed to this?
These moments come by quick, especially when you have so much on your plate. For me, I like to always think of how nice the outcome will be when I do everything right. so, I think about how nice an A would look on my report, or how nice when I use something I learned in class in my business and it works.
I have always had the attitude of not giving up, but this class has improved that and made me feel unstoppableYOU JUST HAVE TO KEEP WORKING HARD.

3) Three tips. What are three tips you would offer next semester's student about (1) fostering the skills that support tenacity and (2) developing the 'tenacious mindset' ?
For this post, please include at least one image.
1- ALWAYS STAY FOCUSED ON YOUR GOASL AND FINISHING ASSIGMENTS ON TIME.
2- IMPROVE YOU INTERACTIONS WITH PEOPLE AND TRY TO ELIMENATE ANY EXECUSE FOR YOUR SELF NOT DO GOOD IN THIS CLASS.

3- DON’T BE AFRAID OF SHARING YOUR IDEAS AND THOUGHTS WITH THE CLASS, THERE IS NO BAD IDEA WHEN YOU SHARE IT AROUND AND ASK PEOPLE FOR THEOR OPINION.

  1. Five classes? Props to you! Personally, I didn't expect the University of Florida Online Business classes to require a large amount of studying and reviewing time. As I progress further into the spring semester I realize in the future I need to reduce my class load in order to remain balance while working a full- time job. Congratulations, despite your bump in the road you have remain tenacious in this course.

  2. George, as a student currently taking 5 classes I must say I'm very impressed with your ability to take a full course load and successfully hold a full time job. It's really interesting to read about how you've applied concepts learned in this class to your own business, and it sounds like its been mostly a positive impact! Its really inspiring to read about how this class has elevated your self confidence and tenacity in all parts of your life.
