Ok so I haven't really picked a prefect project yet to adopt a customer understanding for it yet, but I would like to include my current business in this assignment.
I own vape shops, so my customers are usually a middle age man or women who are looking to quit smoking cigarettes or a young people who are trying to avoid start smoking cigarettes by using an electronic cigarette. Disclaimer: cigarettes or vaping or any type of tobacco products is not good for you, so do not start smoking or vaping. I only included my business in this assignment because I have done extreme research about my customer type already and it makes this assignment easy to do.
Customer research is important, and it helps you grow your business by directing your ads and your capital toward the right crowd.
What do you have in common with the customer avatar? If you have anything in common with the avatar, do you think that is a coincidence? Why?
Well I have a lot in coming with many college students who are trying to avoid cigarettes and they try to vape instead. That’s one of reason what I got in the business in the first place.
My dad was a cigarettes smoker for a long time and he is the main reason why I got into the business, so I also imagine there is a lot in common between my dad and other customers that we have who are trying to quit smoking.
just for laughs, again smoking and vaping are both bad for you so I highly do not recommend it .
